Conference Cancellation Clause: Cancellations received prior to April 1st, 2025 will receive a full refund. After April 1st until April 29th, full refund less $100 administration fee, after April 29th, no refund will be issued. Cancellations must be received in writing. Any course is subject to cancellation by SNUG, Inc.

Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. SNUG reserves the right to cancel this function without penalty.
