Dear Prospective SNUG Vendor:

It’s hard to believe that it’s that time of year again.
We’re gearing up for the annual Soft Network Users Group (SNUG) Healthcare Information Technology Summit, which will be here before we know it! SNUG and our Diamond sponsor, SCC Soft Computer, are busy making preparations for SNUG’s 26th annual conference and expo.

In 2018, we’re celebrating our 26th anniversary with a retrofuturist vibe and reflecting on how far we’ve come in a quarter century.
The conference will be held May 6 – 10, 2018, at the spectacular Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

Exhibitor dates are Tuesday, May 8th and Wednesday, May 9th.

Demographics

Each year, the SNUG conference attracts more and more healthcare IT and allied healthcare professionals who have a common goal of learning what’s new with SCC’s powerful software solutions and finding ways to get the most from their SCC systems. We’re expecting more than 200 allied healthcare professionals, LIS administrators, and lab managers from hospitals and laboratories across North America.

The SNUG committee is dedicated to making sure attendees are exposed to a variety of tools that can help advance productivity. During the two-day vendor fair and other networking events, connect with pathologists, medical technologists, laboratorians, clinical diagnosticians, LIS administrators, and lab directors and managers from hospitals and laboratories across North America. SNUG attendees are interested in learning more about your company and its products and services.

Attendee items

Attendee Bags - ($1500)

SNUG's 9th Annual Karaoke Night ($775)

One of the most popular networking events at the annual SNUG conference, our well-attended Karaoke Night will take place at the Mainstay Tavern on Monday, May 22nd.

The sponsor of this event will receive event signage, acknowledgement during the SNUG 2017 opening session, and recognition in the SNUG 2017 program book as the official sponsor of SNUG's 9th annual Karaoke Night.

SNUG Sheraton Room Key Card - ($1,500)
